Some Observations from day one:

• The freakish barking that begins at 3:01 because the dogs know what's coming...food.
• Mattie trys to catch and eat flying bugs
• Any yardwork being done next door is an act of war on their turf and all efforts will be made to render the yardworker history, fence or no fence
  
• When you hang outside on the chair Bear comes over to be petted. It's as if she's saying, "Yep, it's just you and me watching this entire yard. Also, what is the deal with this other dog that keeps running all over the place? Do we know who this is?"
  
• They love to go out, then come in then GO OUT three minutes later then come in. It's like the first time, all the time!
• When you spend time with Mattie, you have a little shadow that wants to go everywhere with you
• The first frisbee is now toast
